Below is an excerpt from the Interview with Fabio Concato from the "Gazzetta di Romagna" that we are pleased to share with you.
As a child, I used to spend my holidays on the Romagna Riviera. In 1923 my grandmother was the first "foreigner" to build a small house in Viserba, when tourism was still in its infancy in those parts. Since 1953 when I was born I have always spent my holidays in this house, which then, as happened then with the development of tourism, was transformed into a pension ("dei Fiori" n.d.a.). For years the singer-songwriter Fabio Concato was a "holiday visitor" in Viserba. Indeed more precisely in Viserbella. This was confirmed by Mrs. Eugenia Zanzani, historical memory of Viserbese, interviewed by the Ippocampo association (Urban Laboratory of Memory): "In Viserbella there was the villa of a famous opera singer, la concato, grandmother of Fabio Concato".
